30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for the M010 (CryoFlow Pro). If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your cold & heat therapy device, you may request a return and refund. We are committed to ensuring your sports recovery experience is worry-free.
The returned device must be free of significant human-induced physical damage and must include all original components from the package. This includes the M010 console, thigh/calf/foot massage components (6 pieces total), power adapter, drain hose, and the premium accessory bag.
Missing or heavily soiled components may result in a restocking fee. Please make sure your compression recovery equipment is complete before sending it back.
2-Year Limited Warranty
Emicool provides a 2-year global limited warranty on the M010 console and core components, starting from the date of purchase. During this period, if the recovery device fails to function properly due to manufacturing or material defects, we will provide repair or replacement services free of charge.
This warranty is designed to protect your sports recovery equipment investment and support long-term confidence in your M010 CryoFlow Pro system.
Warranty Exclusions & Void Conditions
To ensure the safety and longevity of your cold & heat therapy device, the 2-year warranty will be automatically voided under the following conditions. Please read carefully to protect your product repair rights.
- Unauthorized modification: Disassembling, modifying, or repairing the device by non-authorized personnel is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized intervention will void the Warranty.
- Improper water usage: Do not add hot water, ice water, wastewater, or chemical reagents into the water tank. Only pure water or drinking-standard water is allowed. Damage caused by improper liquid use is not covered.
- Non-original power supply: The device operates at a high power of 360W. Use only the original KEERDA power adapter (DC 24V 25A). Motherboard damage due to incompatible power supplies will void the Warranty.
- Physical or liquid damage: Damage caused by dropping, tilting the device causing refrigerant leakage, or spilling liquids into the main unit outside the water tank is not covered.
Care & Maintenance
Proper care & maintenance can significantly extend the lifespan of your M010 recovery device and ensure continued optimal performance. Follow these guidelines to keep your device in excellent condition.
- Console storage: When not in use for an extended period, thoroughly drain the water tank to prevent rust and mildew. Store the device in a dry, cool environment between -20℃ and 70℃, away from direct sunlight.
- Garment cleaning: Do not machine wash or fully hand wash the garments. Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron, or use bleach. Wipe the surface gently with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For clinical sanitization, wiping the inner and outer surfaces with 70% alcohol is permitted.
